tvN's blockbuster Sat-Sun drama series 'Arthdal Chronicles' has released its newest still cuts of the story's main hero, Eunseom. 

The role of Eunseom will be played by actor Song Joong Ki. In the fictional story of 'Arthdal Chronicles', various species of intelligent creatures live in a land known as Arth. Song Joong Ki's character Eunseom is a member of the Wahan clan, but an outsider - he is the mixed child of a Homosapien and a Neanderthal, born with extraordinary physical and visual features, skills, and personality traits. 

In light of the drama's upcoming premiere, Song Joong Ki described his character Eunseom as, "He is the character who experiences the most growth in this production, and though he is constantly suffering from the difficult journey of searching for his own identity, he never gives up and perseveres in his own direction of life, which I found I empathized with greatly."

Delving more in-depth into the production of 'Arthdal Chronicles', Song Joong Ki relayed, "This production focuses on the aspects where things we might find today to be trivial and necessary, the people of this story find to be new, mysterious, and intriguing. It would be great if [viewers] can experience at least a little bit of what life might have been like at the beginning of time, through 'Arthdal Chronicles' which deals with various clans, languages, and the coming of a new age."
