Lee Soo Geun responds to reports about him gambling with Cha Tae Hyun and Kim Jun Ho

Lee Soo Geun spoke up about the reports on golf gambling. 

On April 4, reports stated Lee Soo Geun was present at the controversial golf gathering with Cha Tae Hyun and Kim Jun Ho. 

In response, SM C&C stated, "Lee Soo Geun did not have any monetary transactions and did not take part in any actions deemed problematic by society or the law." 


The agency added, "He simply participated in the round after receiving an invite from a peer," and lastly stated, "Please refrain from making reports and comments based on assumptions without confirmation."

I think their situation is not what the law intends to prevent but since it's an all encompassing law then technically they are breaking it. It's like arresting an adult for dating a minor then come to find out it was an 18 year old dating a 17 year old.
