Jennie, a member of girl group BlackPink, mourned fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld.

Jennie wrote on her Instagram on the 20th, "Thank you for your knowledge and
tolerance around the world. You're a Legend. We will remember your
existence forever and we will thank you," she said.

German designer Karl Lagerfeld led Chanel's revival as Chanel Creative
Director. After working as a Pendi chief designer, senior designer at
Chloe, and director of Chanel Art, in 1998, he established Karl
Lagerfeld Gallery.

Foreign media including the New York Times reported on Wednesday that Karl Lagerfeld
passed away in Paris, France. He was taken from his home to a hospital
near Paris the night before, but died at dawn. He is 85 years old.

In addition to Jennie, many other famous stars and fashion industry
officials at home and abroad, including models Han Hye-jin, Hye-bak,
Su-su, Jeong Ho-yeon, stylist Han Hye-yeon, and actor Song Hye-kyo, are
mourning the deceased.
