Top soccer star Son Heung Min to appear on a variety show for the first time

Son Heung Min is making a variety show appearance for the first time ever. 

On January 24, an exclusive report from The Asia Business Daily stated Son Heung Min is appearing on a new tvN variety show, which is scheduled to film in March and air in May. Son is reportedly discussing his passion and hopes for Korean soccer, and also sharing a bit about his personal life. 

Regarding the report, a rep from tvN stated, "A reality program capturing soccer player Son Heung Min's growth and soccer life will be airing on tvN. It is scheduled to air in the first half of 2019." The title and details of the show are not yet confirmed. 

Meanwhile, Son Heung Min is currently the captain of South Korea's national soccer team and a key player for Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur.

Although the details of the show are not released, I would rather he not do the show.
