On January 2, rumors that Chinese singer/actor Luhan and actress Guan Xiao Tong were already registered as a married couple swept the web.

The rumors also claimed that Luhan's studio plans on releasing an official statement this Friday, January 5, to make the announcement regarding the star's marriage. 

However, Luhan's studio chose to deny the rumors right away, calling out the reports of "Luhan's marriage announcement" as completely made up. The studio also added, "We will not be releasing any statements [regarding marriage], so please refrain from spreading the false rumors further." 

The former EXO member and China's well-known "little sister" actress previously went public with their relationship in October of 2017.
