ASTRO's Cha Eun Woo has been confirmed for the lead role on the upcoming JTBC drama 'My ID is Gangnam Beauty'.
On May 23, an insider revealed Cha Eun Woo will be playing his first ever lead role on the webtoon-based drama, stating, "Cha Eun Woo's casting in the drama based on the popular webtoon 'My ID is Gangnam Beauty' has been confirmed. For now, Cha Eun Woo will be focusing on his acting activities rather than promoting than as a singer as he's playing the lead role." As for the leading lady, Lim Soo Hyang is still negotiating as previously reported, but it's likely she'll be cast.
'My ID is Gangnam Beauty' tells the story of a woman who begins a completely different life after a plastic surgery transformation.
