In celebration of Sports Chosun's 10th anniversary, the media outlet held a survey about 'The Best K-Entertainment Hits in History' with a total of 100 entertainment experts.

Out of all, Psy's "Gangnam Style" topped the ranking (26 votes) and was named the best of the best in the history of K-entertainment hits. Experts commented, "It's Korean content that made the greatest worldwide hit", "It spread K-Pop to fans worldwide", "The most MV views in a generation of YouTube."
MBC variety show 'Infinity Challenge' took second place with 14 votes. Regarding the long-running program, experts said, "It goes beyond content. It's a cultural icon that represents a generation."
There was a 3-way tie in 3rd place. Third place includes legendary SBS drama 'Sandglass' from 1995, top Hallyu drama 'Winter Sonata', and popular K-Pop boy group BTS, all with 6 votes each.
Next in 4th place is 'The Admiral: Roaring Currents', the highest grossing film in Korean history. Then in 5th place is MBC drama 'Dae Jang Geum' which spread Hallyu into Africa.
As for the most influential stars in the history of Korean entertainment, Seo Taiji took first place and Psy took second place. There was a 3-way tie in 3rd place with Seo Taiji and Boys, Song Kang Ho, and Bae Yong Joon. In fourth place was Cho Yong Pil and in fifth place was BTS.
