On January 29, Suzy held a comeback showcase for her 2nd solo mini album 'Faces of Love' at YES24 Live Hall in Seoul. This was the idol's first solo comeback since miss A's disbandment and her breakup with actor Lee Min Ho. As it is an event following such hot issues, difficult questions were expected to be given, and many assumed Suzy - an artist of 9 years - would have given extra attention and be well prepared for the event. However, reporters who attended the showcase revealed the idol was actually lacking professionalism and failed to answer questions.

Following the event, reporters bashed the star with headlines such as, "Suzy, the press will not bite or harm you" and "Was love too difficult for 25-year-old Suzy... An embarrassing comeback show."

According to the reporters, Suzy constantly gave an irrelevant answer to their questions. For example, when asked about miss A's disbandment, she gave a vague answer, and stated, "It's a new challenge to me so I've prepared hard." Furthermore, the idol reportedly failed to give explanations of her own album. When asked about the love she wanted to portray in 'Faces of Love', Suzy said, "Love at 25 means..." and after a long pause, she stated, "Sorry" and failed to give any response at all.

Suzy seemed to have been aware of her disappointing responses, ultimately ended up saying, "I apologize for not giving satisfying answers."
