TWICE proved their popularity in Japan once again!
On December 8, Billboard Japan revealed its annual 'Billboard Japan Top Artist' list for the year 2017, cumulated through song chart scores, album chart points, and more. In 1st place was Japanese singer Hoshino Gen, followed by Japanese girl group Keyakizaka46 in 2nd place. In 3rd place, came K-Pop's very own TWICE! Nogizaka46 followed in 4th place, Japanese rock band Mr. Children came in 5th, and AKB48 came in 6th place.
TWICE's "TT" also ranked 6th place on 'Billboard Japan Hot 100 of the Year 2017'. Meanwhile, TWICE will be making a comeback with the repackaged version of their 1st full album, 'Merry & Happy', this December 11 at 6PM KST.
