On November 30, the Seoul Central District Court revealed that matters between GNI Entertainment's CEO known as "A" and Mad Town members have not been settled, thus confirmed a new adjustment date for both lawyers.
Previously, the idol group members filed a lawsuit against their agency to cancel their exclusive contracts. During this time, Mad Town's lawyer had requested to terminate the contract without further delay. However, the judge claimed that the issue didn't seem grand enough and suggested on an adjustment date.
As a result, a new date has been settled for December 21, with Mad Town's lawyer hoping resolution for the issue will be finalized once and for all.
Meanwhile, Mad Town debuted in 2014 with 1st EP 'Mad Town', most recently, Buffy has left the group as the group is looking to disband following disputes with their agency.
