Ms. Kim's family spoke up about Siwon's family dog.
In an interview with Channel A reporters, the family said, "The owners of the dog asked for forgiveness, and we reached an agreement for the sake of Siwon's future. We heard that they normally don't keep the dog on a leash. We believe that legal punishment on people that do not follow basic rules about pets should be strengthened."
O?n Bugsy's euthanasia, the family said, "We will leave that to the Choi family's conscience."
Previously, Siwon's family dog had bitten a neighbor, which allegedly caused her death 4 days later.
