China's Hunan Television is set to air their new variety show titled 'Dearly Accommodations' on October 7. According to the Chinese broadcasting station, 'Dearly Accommodations' will consist of a popular star couple welcoming guests into their own home turning it into a guest house located in a rural village area. The premise sounds the same as 'Hyori's Bed & Breakfast' and Hunan Television was once again under fire for plagiarism.

Pertaining to this, a representative of 'Hyori's Bed & Breakfast' told MyDaily on October 6, "Both our staff and legal teams are well aware of the current situation. We just have to dig deeper in order to decide whether or not this was truly an act of plagiarism. As such, we will be keeping a close eye on the premiering broadcast."
The rep continued, "We are in talks of taking legal action after viewing the broadcasting content. Since it is the holiday season right now, it will take some time for our staff and legal team to make any official statement on this particular case."
With the issue continuing to brew, JTBC had previously clarified, "JTBC never sold the licensing / copyrights of 'Hyori's Bed & Breakfast' to Hunan Television."
Stay tuned for further updates.
