On October 19, Suhyun left an Instagram post with a picture of her brother, who is currently enlisted in the military. 

She wrote, "Everyone, I've been receiving mails from my brother!! He says he is working hard with his training and is doing well! But apparently, every time he receives an email, there are always at least one or two prank emails...I don't know who it is but it is something he can only use once a day so if he misses a chance, he and all of us will be upset/disappointed. For my brother who is receiving the very difficult training, please stop sending prank mails!! We sincerely ask."

Hope the issue is resolved quickly.
