'Pot Stand' is a real variety show wherein guests publish their own books, recording the events of their daily lives to share them with others. Lee Kyung Kyu, Super Junior's Heechul, and Ahn Jae Wook are the hosts, with Yoo Hee Yeol as a special member. 

Heechul confessed, "I don't like books nor do I enjoy reading them."  He went on, "And I thought whether if I can publish a book myself.  I would write a guidebook about girl groups which is a topic I like and am well fond of."

He revealed he would talk about aspiring girl groups, their titles, how they greet, in addition to naming popular idol groups.

In regards to the greeting, Heechul pointed out Lee Kyung Kyu as an example, "When you greet Lee Kyung Kyu, you have to greet politely at first and then just nod afterward," causing the viewers to laugh.

Heechul added, "Girl groups also have to be careful when it comes to talking.  Many celebrity lives are ruined due to social media."
