On February 21, which also happens to be the star's date of birth, Seo Taiji wrote on his official homepage titled, '2017 Another Birthday'.
"How is everyone doing? It is my birthday today once again. I lost count already...I think I'm in my mid-40s? Yes, that's right."
Seo Taiji shared a photo (seen above) from his Christmas performance last year.
"First of all, I would like to sincerely thank all of my fans out there from the bottom of my heart! Talking about my 9th album, 'Miracle' made me forget it was my birthday. It feels like only yesterday that I turned 40 years old and now I am well past that age. And soon it will be the 25th year since I have met all of my young fans; so many miraculous things have happened over the years. I am grateful to be able to cherish those moments with you all, which is another miracle making this birthday even more meaningful to me. I hope that together we can continue to create many more miracles to come in the near future."
Reading this, fans were delighted by Seo Taiji's touching message and commented, "He truly is a genius when it comes to music. Nothing can compare to his first two albums," "Happy birthday!" "How cute, we are going to grow old together, aren't we?" Seo Taiji's songs allowed me to survive my teenage years, thank you and happy birthday!" "He is so young!"
Seo Taiji debuted in 1992 with eventual YG Entertainment founder Yang Hyun Suk and top dancer Lee Juno to form the legendary Seo Taiji and Boys.
