Singer Jung Joon Young's agency, C9 Entertainment, released a statement regarding a recent report claiming that he's been accused of sexual assault from a woman and went to the police station in Seongdong, Seoul for investigation.

C9 said on September 23, "He was acquitted and the situation wrapped up.  It was a simple incident.  Something that happened a few months ago.  At the time, he was acquitted and that was that.  The woman was a former girlfriend of Jung Joon Young.  Jung Joong Young is personally taken aback at this."

The agency also revealed that this happened last summer when he and his girlfriend had a minor quarrel, which she reported as sexual assault.  After he was found innocent, he has maintained good relations with the woman since.  The agency concluded, "We find it unfair and are taken aback that an investigation that was completed with his exoneration is being reported as if he committed a crime."

Well, looks like this case of sexual assault was at least quickly resolved.
