Yoo Jae Suk made a very generous donation to housing for comfort women.
On August 12, a rep from the Social Welfare House of Sharing revealed, "This past August 11, Yoo Jae Suk donated 50 million Won (~$45,520 USD) in total to the house of sharing for elderly women who were victims of Japanese comfort women abuses." It's said the popular host and comedian donated 30 million Won (~$27,311 USD) for the building of a victim center as well as 20 million Won (~$18,207 USD) to support victim welfare.
The rep added, "He didn't make his donation known, but we found out later that it was Yoo Jae Suk."
Just another reason why they call him the "Nation's MC!"
