On the July 7 airing of tvN variety show 'Father and I', iKON's Bobby and his father conversed about the Korean hip-hop scene!
While they shared a meal in Hawaii, Bobby's father began by asking, "When you were doing 'Show Me The Money' before, did you hear your songs playing out in the streets?" He followed up with, "Who were you closest with?" to which Bobby answered, "I was close with everyone."
Bobby's father persisted with, "Who's the guy who dissed you [on the show]?" Bobby said, "Olltii? I'm close with Olltii [now]."
"What's the name of the guy who glared at you sitting on the stairs?" Bobby's father asked next, and Bobby replied, "Ja Mezz. But I'm close with Ja Mezz too."
Later during his interview, Bobby's father confessed, "I'm curious about the hip-hop culture. I'm learning about it because Bobby is currently a part of it. In my days, [the trend] was rock. But hip-hop seems to have more freedom. My favorite rapper is Bobby?"
Awww, of course, who else would it be?
