Well, we're not sure what to believe. What's sure is that Oh My Girl was not able to enter the United States where they were detained at the Los Angeles airport for 10 hours. The group eventually headed back to Korea with plans to return soon after.
But the reason for the problem at customs? Oh My Girl's agency WM Entertainment is saying one thing and their airline is saying something else.
WM Entertainment stated, "We passed through the immigration control office, but it seems like the large quantities of clothing and items needed for the [album jacket] shoot caused a problem at customs."
They added, "We were waiting for the second screening, so it's not that we were disallowed into entering the country, but the members are young and it felt like we were remaining at the airport for too long, so we returned to Korea."
On the other hand, a representative from the Korean airline who was in the same plane stated, "About the entry screening, I know it to be disclosed that they had a problem with their visas. It seems like the source [of the problem] was that they did not receive their performance visas ahead of time."
