SISTAR's Soyu made a surprise appearance on SBS's 'Healing Camp' on September 21 to sing a sweet duet with the guest star, Seo Jang Hoon.

In a tete-a-tete with the MCs, she was asked, "Since when were you pretty?" and she replied, "When I was young, I thought I was the prettiest.  As I started working [in entertainment] and training, I came to realize that there were many more pretty girls than I had thought there were."

She added, "When I saw malicious comments about my appearance, I started becoming overcome with thoughts like, 'Am I really ugly?  I must be really ugly.'  However, I'm told that if you really hypnotize yourself (make yourself think you're pretty), you become prettier. If you hypnotize yourself, you start putting effort into yourself."  It seems she's suggesting a healthy way to gain confidence!  As long as you find yourself attractive, others will naturally start thinking the same.
