Former MBLAQ member, Park Sang Hyun (Thunder) who was recently cast in the MBC drama 'Make a Woman Cry' is making headlines for not being able to properly immerse in his character for the drama. The reports are claiming that Park Sang Hyun's stiff gestures and his unclear enunciation are impeding his acting. There are also talks that idols whose acting is 'shaky' are doing more harm than good, implying that maybe Park Sang Hyun wasn't the right fit for the drama.
Some netizens commented, "Lee Joon is understandable but why did Thunder drop out of MBLAQ...just how bad is his acting that my mom constantly curses him out even while watching the drama. The same person who used to only pay attention to the plot not the acting..." "Given their little talent [I don't know how] Thunder and Dara are celebrities," and, "If you're not at Siwan or Lee Joon's level, don't even come out."
What are your thoughts on Thunder's acting? Is his 'foot acting' that the reports speak of comparable to Nam Tae Hyun's in 'Late-Night Restaurant'?
