The boisterous singer blabbered during the show's 'Summer Special Nighttime Shop' corner, "I once threw a fit because all my bandmates were pursuing acting and it just looked cooler than [doing variety]. But Siwan told me that he tried variety and it didn't go too well and advised me to stick with one thing instead of jumping from place to place." Kwanghee explained that thanks to Siwan's sincere advice, that "a good thing happened," namely his being cast as the sixth member on 'Infinity Challenge.' He relayed his gratitude to Siwan by adding, "I didn't get the chance to tell him [thanks] yet but I'm grateful."
Though Kwanghee may be going places by moving up the ladder in the world of variety, it seems he will never escape the image of the silly, loud character that people have grown to know and love. It was exactly this character that MC Yoo Jae Suk poked fun at on this episode.
Kwanghee, who was watching chef Lee Yun Bok prepare black bean noodles, rambled endlessly and flashed his signature big smile and burst into contagious laughter. Yoo Jae Suk made his dislike at the singer's forced laugh clear with a humorously vitriolic remark that went, "I really detest Kwanghee's fake laugh. You know the kind I'm talking about. It's a donkey laugh."
Yoo Jae Suk must be in the minority who doesn't find Kwanghee's bubbly, bright laugh infectious!
