What made you want to become a rapper in the first place?
I was wandering around aimlessly since I didn't have anything that I really wanted to pursue and the next thing you know, I was rapping. That's basically it.What is your most memorable performance or moment in 'Show Me The Money'?
Probably the time when Yang Dong Geun told me to go ahead and do whatever I wanted to.Why did you choose YDG over every other producer?
He was my idol ever since I was very young. Because of that, I really wanted to be accepted by him.Where do you get your lyrical inspiration from?
The inspiration for my lyrics come from my life and all of the experiences that I go through on a daily basis.I heard that you were going through a slump at one point while preparing for your debut; how were you able to overcome your slump?
I was able to overcome the slump thanks to my family and all the good people around me.
You just made your debut! How did that feel?
Let's just say that I will show you what's real from now on, just wait...What are your plans for the future? Are you working on anything at the moment?
I'm going to give everything into making my albums. As for songs, I am always thinking about what song to create next.With whom would you like to collaborate in the future?
Some of the people I would like to collaborate in the future include Jun In Kwon, Jang Sa Ik, and Kim Choo Ja.What is your current outlook in life?
Know yourself.As we previously reported, IRON and his mentor YDG will be making their way over to New York on May 8 (Friday) for their first ever collaboration concert over in the East Coast.
The two will be performing live at Circle (135 W 41st Street, NY) while Korean American rapper Danny Chung (formerly known as Decipher) will be the opening act. Doors will open at 8 PM.
