Jang Na Ra was holding a profile photo shoot in Yangpyeong, Gyeonggido on December 9 when her fan club Nara Love surprised her with gifts and messages in honor of her 5000th day. The singer and actor was said to be on the verge of tears because of her fans' thoughtfulness and unfailing love and opened up the congratulatory gifts and messages one by one, expressing her gratitude and appreciation.
