For TEEN TOP, 2014 can be counted as their "break" year. With limited promotions and appearances on air, TEEN TOP boys took it easy with their newest comeback mini album, 'EXITO.' Successfully transforming their image from punky and beastly idols to sentimental boys with a wounded heart, TEEN TOP touched the hearts of the listeners with "I'm Sorry," characterized by straightforward lyrics and groovy instrumentals.

It's been a fabulous year for the boys of ZE:A. Not only did they receive much press time and screen-time overall but also the individual works of each member really shined, elevating the groups' popularity. "Breathe" also was one the best releases from ZE:A; although they weren't able to place in the charts, they still remain as one of the groups to keep a close eye on for their limitless progress.

MC Mong had one of the most successful and powerful comebacks of 2014, beating out VIXX's "Error" and B2ST's "12:30" on music charts with its album sales. Despite the negative comments he received for his past actions in addition to his five-year hiatus, MC Mong's comeback garnered much interest because of the provoking title and, of course, the top-notch quality of the title track was exactly what the fans expected. While maintaining his old style of rapping, MC Mong incorporated string instrumentals and candid lyrics to provoke emotions from the listeners.

The start of GOT7 was surprisingly successful. Despite the lack of promotions, GOT7 made a name for themselves in the industry with stunning stage performance, which incorporated martial arts and various tricks. These seven boys, mixed with swag and puppy-like adorableness, peeked at the #1 spot on Billboard's World Album Charts and even ranked high on real-time charts in Korea.
44. San E x Raina "Midsummer Night's Sweetness"

"Midsummer Night's Sweetness" was named as one of the theme songs of 2014 and stands tall amidst the numerous collaborations released just this year. The soothing song topped 10 different music charts and was even predicted to achieve a long run on the charts and even become the second "Some" of the year.

"Good Boy" was one of the most predictable yet impressive tracks of 2014. It was a highly anticipated track from this sub-unit, and did not disappoint! "Good Boy" was ranked as the most watched K-Pop MV of November via YouTube and was showered with accolade. "Good Boy" ranked high for its overall unique and lively concept as well as the quality of the boys' performance.
41. A Pink "LUV"

Although the group graduated from their title as military-idols this year, A Pink moved onto maturing their musicality and focused on developing a more defined image for the group with "LUV." A Pink continued to push their lovely girl-next-door image and, once again, they succeeded capturing the hearts of the audience. "LUV" also placed impressively high on charts as they achieved an all-kill on real time charts and even snagged the #1 spot on daily charts.
