He was seen arriving at Incheon International Airport at 1:30 PM KST, 15 minutes after which he appeared before the media at 1:45.
Currently embroiled in a blackmailing controversy and lawsuit with model Lee Ji Yeon and GLAM's Dahee, he stood with composure before the reporters and made a public apology.
He said, "I want to say that I am sorry to the many people I've disappointed. There are no words for the regret I truly felt when I saw that the reprimand I should have received as an individual surpassed that to spread harm on even my family and wife. I will work hard so that my wife will recover from the hurt she received. I will contentedly accept the reprimand that I personally deserve."
The second round will take place on November 11 at 2:00 PM at the Seoul Central District Court.
