Korean-American artist and rapper Dumbfoundead (Parker) has announced via his Facebook page that he will be throwing out the first pitch for the LA Dodgers during their game against the Arizona Diamondbacks on September 5th.
As Los Angeles is home to a large population of Korean-Americans, the Dodgers hold various events to cater and show their appreciation of the Korean community. Aside from having Ryu Hyun Jin as a starting pitcher, the LA Dodgers previously even had K-Pop idols perform for their games. CNBLUE's Yonghwa and Girls' Generation's Taeyeon sang the Korean national anthem, Girls' Generation's Tiffany sang the American national anthem, and Tiffany, Sunny, and miss A's Suzy threw the ceremonial first pitch.
Now Dumbfoundead will be stepping up to the plate, or rather, mound; let's see if he fares better than the latest #failpitch thrown by none other than Tiffany.
Oh girl.
Dumbfoundead was selected to throw out the first pitch because the LA Dodgers will be holding its first Koreatown Baseball Night on the same date. Those who purchase their $39 USD game tickets through this link will be able to sit in the All-You-Can-Eat Pavilion, where endless snacks of Dodger dogs, nachos, popcorn, peanuts, and soft drinks are available to munch on. Ticket buyers will also get a K-Town discount card, a Ryu Hyun Jin bobblehead, and will have the opportunity to enjoy Friday Night Fireworks after the game.
I really love meat and this recipe is one of my favorites.
