His agency rep told News1 on the 23rd, "Junjin is putting his all into preparing his solo album. Nothing has been set in stone concerning whether he will release it later this year or early next year."
It's been a long time coming since his last solo album in 2009 and fans are patiently waiting for another track that will get them dancing like "Wa" and "Hey Ya!". Junjin's reps stated, "He is preparing for his own album and Shinhwa's album simultaneously. We will adjust his schedule so that [his solo comeback] won't overlap with his activities with Shinhwa... He is working hard to record [his album]."
Also, in response to the rumors of him starting a one-client agency, the rep revealed, "Junjin's contract with his former agency Open World Entertainment expired in mid-2012 and he has been promoting under a one-client agency with his manager ever since... In reality, he is already promoting under a one-client agency."
Fans in China will also get to see Junjin, Minwoo, and Hyesung perform at the '2014 The Young The Future' concert in Chongqing, China on July 12. Shinhwa is also set to make a comeback in early January 2015.
