On the 21st on the eastern GOP, a solider 'Lim' shot 12 of his comrades, injuring 7 and killing 5. Two of the 7 injured soldiers have come out of surgery and are recuperating. Currently, he is at large, and a Jindo dog has been dispatched to help search for him.
According to Star News, there was originally filming scheduled for the 22nd. The 'Real Men' cast were planning to cheer on the Korea-Algeria World Cup game on the 22nd with the soldiers. However, because of the shooting at the GOP at the 22nd division, 'Real Men' has canceled the shooting.

Both the staff and the army decided this was not the right time to film, and cancelled the filming. An army spokesperson said, "Currently, the entire nation is in shock because of the GOP shooting. There is even a Jindo dog dispatched for the situation. We did not believe it was the right time to go cheer at the army."
'Real Men' also said, "We offer our condolences over this shooting."
