F.T Island's Seunghyun appeared on 'Beatles Code 3D' on February 11 and revealed that he turned down an offer to join SM Entertainment because of the content in the contract.
The MCs brought up the topic by saying they heard Seunghyun was cast in SM Entertainment at one point. He revealed, "It was back in middle school. I got lost at the fireworks festival when two women approached me, suddenly took a picture, gave me their card, and told me to audition. The first person I saw when I went there was Leeteuk. The very next day, Super Junior debuted."
He continued, "But in the end, it didn't work out. What scared me was the contract, which contained wording that suggested things such as giving up rights to my body," which surprised everyone on the show.

MC Shindong said, "That was probably to entrust your right of name and image usage to the company." He jokingly asked to everyone's amusement, "Then what do you make of our company? Do we all give up the rights to our bodies?"
