She was recently on KBS 2TV's '1 vs 100', where she revealed, "Since I'm in a girl group, I have to have an intense diet. I combine diets and exercise. I like weight training and aerobic exercises."

She added, "Who hates eating? You live to eat and eat to live. Eating good things is the joy of my life, and I can't just starve. I eat once a day. I eat a dinner+lunch at around 4PM. Since after I started the drama, I can see myself on TV every day. I see myself on the show and adjust my diet on how I look. I'm automatically losing weight with the drama, but I can't get enough strength for the drama if I don't eat. Also, if I don't eat, the staff doesn't either. So I eat together with them recently."
