A tvN rep confirmed with media outlets that the 'Reply 1997' couple will return for an appearance on the currently airing 'Reply 1994'! Although we've been fed quite a few rumors before about all these possible cameo appearances prior to the airing of 'Reply 1994', they were never confirmed or sometimes even denied. However, with photos of Eunji filming with Jung Woo or 'Trash' of 'Reply 1994' surfacing, the show's staff had no choice but to admit that cameos will be happening.
"As much as Seo In Guk and A Pink's Eunji received a lot of love through 'Reply 1997', they will make special cameos in loyalty to PD Shin Won Ho, writer Lee Woo Jung, and the staff... Although it is a short cameo, it became a special cameo that will link back to the original drama ['Reply 1997']," a rep commented.
In addition, it's said the other 'Reply 1997' cast members like INFINITE's Hoya and Shin So Yul will also be making cameos as well! Shin Won Ho PD commented through the broadcast station, "5 people including Eunji, Seo In Guk, Shin So Yeul, Lee Si Un, and Hoya will be making cameos in 'Reply 1994'...
