'Art Star Korea' is a survival program searching for the next best artist in communicating with the public through art. Casting calls already began this past October and the winner will be awarded a prize of 100 million KRW (~$94,200 USD) as well as the opportunity to open a private art gallery.

So to host the new reality program, they've decided on the actress, who has always been interested in art and even served as the ambassador for the Seoul Museum of Art, making her the perfect candidate. "Since it is a field that I normally have interest in, I was able to enjoy filming it. Having affection for the program, I will work hard as a host to make this an opportunity for art to receive love from the public," Jung Ryeo Won commented.

'Art Star Korea' will premiere this coming March!
