Park Joong Hoon appeared on tvN's 'Taxi' on October 21st and revealed that he owns a building worth 29 billion won (approximately $27.3 million USD).  He said, "Truthfully, I invested well.  Until now, I have done 40 movies and 100 advertisements.  As I don't live wastefully, I saved up well."

It was also revealed that KARA's Hara possesses a five-story building in Seoul's Cheongdam-dong.  Various celebrities like Rainbow and f(x)'s Sulli regularly go to a nail shop located in this building.

YG Entertainment's Yang Hyun Suk possesses multiple buildings in Gangbuk, Seoul, including the YG company building.  He also has many buildings lined up in Seogyo-dong and Hapjeong-dong.

Actor Jang Geun Suk possesses a villa in Seoul's Nonhyeon-dong.  More impressively, he recently came to own a six-story building in Japan's Shibuya district.  

There are also celebrities who use their buildings for social contribution.  The Cha In Pyo and Shin Ae Ra couple have a building in Cheongdam-dong used to manage an education and research facility.  They purchased the relevant building and its land in 2006 and constructed a building in 2008.
