After G-Dragon's world tour on the 1st, Yang Hyun Suk stated to reporters, "I want to applaud Crayon Pop. For the first half of the year, we had Psy's 'Gentleman', but that result was only possible because it was Psy. Excluding Psy, Crayon Pop's song is the best hit song of the first half of 2013. Even my child knows Crayon Pop."
He explained, "A song doesn't become a good song just because it reached #1 on the charts. The important parts are if the public knows the song or not, or if they have fans or not. Crayon Pop has definitely hit those on the spot."

Crayon Pop responded, "We were so surprised because someone at the top of the music industry talked about us and praised us. It made us think that we should work even harder. We're just so thankful that other people, not just CEO Yang Hyun Suk, has been praising us and telling us they're fans."
