During the recent recording for JTBC's 'Shinhwa Broadcast', the Shinhwa members surprised fans by choosing Dongwan as the member least likely to marry.

During the 'Shinhwa Company' corner of the episode, Hyesung revealed, "The reason why the members haven't married yet and still remain single is because we are picky about our ideal types," and went on to explain that the group's ideal types have changed since their debut.

Dongwan was also agreed upon as the member who has the most picky ideal type with conditions including "blood type A who is careful, but has a lot of dating experience," and "I like a girl who initiates first, but not one who confesses first," to which all of the members brought him back to reality by responding, "You can't marry then." Hyesung then pleaded, "Can't you rethink this?" to which Dongwan firmly replied, "It's my choice."
