The entertainment industry is always ridden with rumors of conflict within a group. There are always rumors floating around that so-and-so group is bullying some member, or such-and-such is going to split in two because the halves can't agree with each other.
However, girl group SISTAR has managed to avoid rumors of conflict altogether. SISTAR has made its way up to be one of the top girl groups, boasting their bright and happy charms on top of their strong dancing and vocal abilities. However, one of the most important aspects for SISTAR is their teamwork.
SISTAR has spent nearly 3 years in the dorms together since their debut in 2010 with the song "Push Push". However, the girls have had no large scale conflicts, even though it is impossible for four girls to agree on everything.
One of the representatives of SISTAR stated, "When the members live together in one space, there are times when their opinions conflict. Whenever that happens, leader Hyorin takes over and doesn't hesitate doing unpleasant tasks. Whenever there are problems, as the leader, Hyorin nags the other members or mediates the differing opinions. Of course, the oldest member in SISTAR is Bora. Even though Hyorin is a year younger, she acts as the charismatic leader and pulls the younger Soyu and Dasom along. The other members follow Hyorin well, they understand that they're different from each other and try hard to understand one another."
