MYNAME is shaking up the music scene with their album sales, that are uncharacteristic of a rookies.

With its release, their first single album, 'MYNAME the 1st Single' rose to third place on the daily ranking on Hanteo, an album sales chart. And in a week, their album had also reached 3rd place behind Big Bang and Wonder Girls on the weekly album sales chart.

Still a fresh rookie group that hasn't even reached one year yet since their debut, MYNAME is closing in on huge idol groups with their increasing album sales.

H2 Media shared, "All the staff and the members tried their best to perfect their first single album. We thank the fans for helping MYNAME start off on a good foot, even though they are still a rookie group."

The agency had an explosion of phone calls with questions and re-orders, when MYNAME's album sold out early at one of the retail chains. Some retailers even had to use quick service shipping to deal with the orders.

Meanwhile, MYNAME is promoting their title song, "Hello&Goodbye" and will kick off their debut in Japan with a showcase on the 11th.
