With his successful come back in Korea with his mini-album, 'Lately', J'kyun received explosive reaction from both over 2000 of his fans and the officials of 'Music Matters', the largest Asian international music conference. He performed his songs off his recent first album at the main stage of 'Music Matters' on Singapore's Clarke Quay on May 24th along with his fellow artists Su Min-Oh and Rex. D.
After his main stage on the 24th, J'kyun also received a request to perform on the 25th at Clarke Quay's largest club, the ARENA, receiving positive response by the internationally renowned label makers mentioning that though they couldn't understand the language, his performance was just plain stunning with catchy flows that all could enjoy.
Especially, though it was his first overseas concert and J'kyun did not have much media promotion in the Korean market, Korean officials who were with him were shocked to find many fans waiting him to arrive at the airport along with finding some enthusiastic fans even following him in taxis.
J'kyun's production company, 'Romantic Factory' commented, "As this year's 'Music Matters' showcases were based on B2B relations, we had many fruitful talks with renowned companies, and we will be able to give a kick on speeding up on our global strategy."
In addition, J'kyun is working on and planning to release his next single album in July.
