On the recent episode of SBS' 'Strong Heart', IU shared she usually went to the airport in casual clothes, and her fans had advised her to be more fashionable.

The singer revealed that she online chats often with her fans, and shared, "During a chat, one fan shocked me when he asked, 'Noona, how much was the piece of the straw mat you wore yesterday ?' I was shocked and told my fans that I will show them what a real celebrity is. But that post received a lot of attention and I was worried."

She continued, "I was going back to Korea from Japan the next day so I went shopping. I was intimidated by the number of fans at the airport, but walked confidently."
