With the massive amount of K-Pop groups debuting and dominating the Korean music scene, sometimes it's a bit refreshing to take a step back and listen to some of the talented local artists. With that said, please welcome Elbert Kim, a.k.a. LK, a new solo artist with a silly smile and some serious talent.
He may be a new name to some, but LK has been stacking up some star points. He landed the leading roles for two consecutive years in Rutgers KSA Project Korea - a star-studded show that flooded the news for featuring Jay Park, One Way, Ailee, and also opened for singer Jang Yoon Jung's NY-NJ Concerts in 2007.
His first release is an original hip-hop track fused with both Korean and English lyrics, fittingly titled, "The Warm-Up", and offers a peek into what he has in store for the future. To learn more about him check out his Facebook and Twitter.
Check out his video below and decide for yourself if he has what it takes!
