MBC reported that the Chinese version of 'We Got Married' is earning high viewer ratings in the local areas where it aired in China.

MBC stated on February 15th, "The Chinese 'We Got Married' aired on February 14th at 8:00PM, and recorded higher-than-average viewer ratings."

The Chinese 'We Got Married' launched in celebration of 20 years of diplomatic relations between China and Korea. It was co-produced by both MBC and SMG (Shanghai Media Group) and stars Super Junior's Kyuhyun with Chinese actress Lou Yi Xiao, and T-ara's Hyomin with Chinese artist Fu Xinbo.

"Seeing how popular the 'We Got Married' Valentine's Day special was, SMG immediately aired a re-run the next day," MBC continued.

According to MBC, the Chinese viewers have already come up with nicknames for the two couples and have started talking about them on various online community sites.

The next airing of the Chinese 'We Got Married' will air February 25th on MBC for an hour and fifteen minutes.
