(The above picture shows Park being appointed as a representative of a campaign against illegal copying of softwares. Oh, how appropriate.) When Bae Chul Soo criticized G Dragon's plagiarism on his radio show that he has been hosting for 19 years, angry fans filled the internet board of the show with hateful messages. The fans might have thought grandpa Bae was an easy target, and maybe he was one; but are they bold enough to go after someone who calls himself the "Devil's Son"? Comedian Park Myung Soo, famous for his villainous role in Infinite Challenge, spoke up about recent controversies involving plagiarism. During 23rd's edition of his radio show "This is Park Myung Soo, Date on 2p.m."(??? ??? ??????), Park said "Shouldn't mention any names but, its funny how they say they didn't plagiarise when everyone knows about it thanks to the Internet". He continued on to say "You could've at least said that you sampled. If you find all this too hard, go back to variety shows". Bae Ki Sung of male duo Can and Sung Dae Hyun, two veteran singers who appeared as guests on the show, spoke in support of Park: "Pretending as if nothing has happened has gone far enough. We should all be truthful now". Bae added by saying "Plagiarism brings international shame. Foreigners will ask us, 'are you a country of people who can't come up with anything original?' I hope this controversy motivates musicians to work on being more creative and original". The comments are quite obviously aimed towards G-Dragon. While YG Entertainment and G-Dragon continues to refrain from making any comments on the controversy, various figures within the industry have started to speak up about the issue. Will the pressure from his collegues be strong enough to open up YG's mouth, the feat that even the Netizens have failed to achieve? Only time will tell.
