[Major spoiler ahead] We are about halfway through MBC's sageuk, Queen Seon Duk and a major turning point is about to happen next week, that will change the direction of the story. Not sure why they chose to reveal this so early, but it was revealed by Park Ye Jin's management, BOF that she will soon be leaving the production of Queen Seon Duk. Princess Chun Myung (Park Ye Jin) will meet with a tragic end in episode 24, which will be shown on 12th August. She will die after getting hit by a poisoned arrow while shielding Deok Man (Lee Yo Won) from it. credit: FlowerPower2009 This will mean that Park Ye Jin has filmed 15 episodes for Queen Seon Duk, starting from episode 9 - 24 (adult Chun Myung). Was the decision to leave Family Outing so needed, I really don't know? I never thought that Princess Chun Myung would die this early since she was in most of the promotional posters with the other 3 main characters, Deok Man, Mishil and Yushin. Nothing particular outstanding from Park Ye Jin in her role although I felt it was the storyline that held her back. The young Chun Myung by Shin Se Kyung was much better portrayed earlier on with guts and courage. The death of Chun Myung was probably needed to accelerate the plot and smoothen the path of Deok Man to becoming queen. The prophecy that 'if the king has twin girls, there will be no male heir' is now invalid following the death of Chun Myung. It will be interesting to see the battle between Deok Man and Mishil now. It was also revealed that Chun Myung's son in the drama, Kim Chun Chu (Yoo Seung Ho) will finally appear in episode 25 but it's sad that mother and son will not meet each other in the drama. This drama just gets better and better.
