Whether you heard of Kero One while attending Epik High's Map the Soul Tour or just through being a fan of good music, (you probaby have not heard of him if you're a fan of this) here is your chance to get to know him better. Kero One is a San Francisco based rap artist, producer, DJ and label owner who even handles his own graphic/web design work and promotion. Kero kicked off his releases with “Check the Blueprints” released on 12" vinyl format independantly. With just 50 copies pressed, he was fortunate enough to have one of them land on the hands of a Japanese DJ, who propelled his career. In touch with his classics such as Roy Ayers as well as the edgiest electronic discos, namely Justice, Kero has no limit to experimentation. He has toured all over Asia and Europe sharing and exchanging the sound of their underground with his own. Needless to say, Kero One is a pioneer for Asian American artists on our way to recognition of our talents. He has just released his sophomore album, "Early Believers," on April 7, 2009.
