San E revealed how much "A Midsummer Night's Sweetness" brought him in royalties and revealed the inspiration behind the song.
On the January 12th episode of 'Korean Foreigners', the rapper was asked what was the inspiration behind his songs, and he expressed, "I get musical inspiration through art of various genres." When asked if it was the same for "A Midsummer Night's Sweetness", San E responded, "No, it was made while drinking soju at the Han River."
He also shocked the panel and guests by telling everyone how much he received in royalties from the 2014 song he and Raina sang. San E stated, "When it made good money, I earned 200 million Won ($168,092.68 USD) in copyright fees."
