On April 14 at approximately 1 PM KST, former Big Bang member Seungri and former Yuri Holdings CEO Yoo In Suk both exited the Seoul Central District Court office in criminal suspect ropes, after completing their arrest warrant evaluations.
Currently, Seungri (29) and Yoo In Suk both face charges of soliciting prostitution for their "clients" or customers, as well as for embezzling funds from 'Buning Sun'. Detained in the criminal suspect ropes, Seungri and Yoo In Suk must wait inside the court's suspect cells until the court comes to a final decision regarding their arrest warrants.
On this day, various media reporters and press crew followed Seungri as he was led to the court's suspect cell. The former star avoided answering questions such as, "Are you still denying soliciting prostitution?" as well as "Please give us a comment", and more.
Not “criminal ropes” it’s a standard procedure... if he wasn’t in those roles you’d all be saying special treatment.... this is just Lee Seunghyun, being treated just as anyone else would be in a similar situation. It’s a standard procedure. It doesn’t need mean he’s guilty or innocent. If the warrant is accepted he will be detained, if it’s not then he’s free to go home
