WOODZ has recently become the subject of dating rumors involving the late actress Kim Sae Ron. The rumors suggest that the two were romantically involved from early 2021 to May 2022. 

However, WOODZ’s agency, Edam Entertainment, has yet to address the allegations, maintaining silence on the matter.

Netizens have speculated that the late actress Kim Sae Ron's alleged "singer ex-boyfriend A," mentioned by YouTuber Lee Jin Ho on April 10, is solo artist WOODZ.

In his new video, Lee Jin Ho revealed that Kim Sae Ron did not begin dating actor Kim Soo Hyun in 2021, as previously claimed. Instead, she was in a relationship with "singer A" from early 2021 until around May 2022.

The YouTuber also shared that Kim Sae Ron had sent a coffee cart to the filming set of A's music video. At that time, the sender was unknown. Lee Jin Ho further alleged that Kim Sae Ron's DUI accident in 2022 occurred after breaking up with "singer A." According to him, the actress, heartbroken from the breakup, went out for drinks with a friend before the accident on May 18, 2022.

On April 12, various social media platforms and online communities began circulating claims that WOODZ and Kim Sae Ron had been a couple for nearly a year. Users pointed to their interactions on Instagram, where the two reportedly exchanged ‘likes’ on each other’s posts during that period. There was also mention of Kim Sae Ron allegedly sending a coffee truck anonymously to the set of one of WOODZ’s music video shoots.

Despite multiple attempts to reach out to Edam Entertainment for comment, the agency has not responded. Attempts to contact several representatives for clarification have also been unsuccessful.

This new controversy follows previous rumors about Kim Sae Ron’s past relationships, including an alleged one with actor Kim Soo Hyun during her teenage years. These speculations have sparked renewed discussions among fans, acquaintances, and insiders, with some even bringing up former partners of both Kim Sae Ron and WOODZ.

Critics have expressed concerns, with one remarking, “Bringing up issues related to the late actress only further damages her reputation,” while others questioned, “Is it necessary to bring up her ex-partners in this context?” The ongoing debate has elicited a mixed response from the public and fans.
