
The upcoming JTBC weekend drama 'Heavenly Ever After' has released its second teaser, further raising excitement for its premiere in April.
The drama follows the transcendent romance of Lee Hae Sook (played by Kim Hye Ja), who arrives in heaven at the age of 80 and reunites with her husband, Go Nak Joon (played by Son Suk Goo), who appears in his 30s.
The newly released second teaser captures Lee Hae Sook’s unfamiliar yet beautiful journey into heaven. Guided by the Heaven Support Center’s director (played by Chun Ho Jin), she encounters various people from both the earthly and afterlife realms.
Particularly touching moments include her tearful reunion with her mother in her younger years, evoking deep emotions from viewers.

A key highlight of the teaser is the extraordinary reunion between Lee Hae Sook and Go Nak Joon, setting the stage for the drama’s central storyline.
The emotional contrast between an 80-year-old wife and a 30-year-old husband meeting in different forms in heaven sparks curiosity about the happiness they will seek together. In a heartfelt moment, Go Nak Joon tells his wife, “In heaven, everyone has a duty to be happy. I just want you to be happy.”
Directed by Kim Seok Yoon (Director of 'Behind Your Touch,' 'The Light in Your Eyes,' and 'Awl') and written by Lee Nam Gyu and Kim Soo Jin, 'Heavenly Ever After' boasts an impressive cast, including Kim Hye Ja, Son Suk Goo, Han Ji Min, Lee Jung Eun, Chun Ho Jin, and Ryu Deok Hwan.
