Recently, entertainment programs and dramas centered around the theme of "divorce" have been gaining popularity. tvN is following the trend and is set to premiere a drama on the very topic.

'The Divorce Insurance' explores the rising phenomenon of divorce as a new kind of societal disaster, following a team that develops a unique insurance product designed to support life after divorce.

Lee Dong Wook stars as No Ki Joon, an insurance actuary who has gone through three divorces. Using his personal experiences, he proposes the groundbreaking idea of divorce insurance, a policy unlike any other.

The Divorce Insurance Task Force Team consists of No Ki Joon, underwriter Kang Han Deul (played by Lee Joo Bin), risk surveyor An Jeon Man (portrayed by Lee Kwang Soo), and special advisor Quant Jeon Na Rae (played by Lee Da Hee). Each member comes from a different background and has a unique personality, but they work together to successfully launch the divorce insurance plan. Their teamwork, filled with humor and fiery energy, promises to bring a fresh dose of entertainment to viewers.

On March 17, tvN unveiled the second trailer for the upcoming drama, increasing anticipation.

The teaser opens with No Ki Joon asking, "Is there an insurance plan for a happy life after divorce?" Despite his impressive credentials and expertise, every insurance product he launches ends in failure. That’s when he came up with the idea for a one-of-a-kind insurance plan. At a marriage expo, he struggles to promote divorce insurance, leading to a comical moment where he wryly comments, "It’s like trying to sell a refrigerator in the North Pole." This leaves viewers eager to see how the Divorce Insurance Task Force will navigate their unconventional mission.

Meanwhile, tvN’s 'Divorce Insurance' is set to premiere on March 31 at 8:50 PM KST and will also be available globally via Amazon Prime Video.
